For my 40.5, I took 41, they are a bit small, the toes press against the end. But otherwise they are cool and lightweight.
I don't see puncture protection, it's a regular sole. The toes are metal, they themselves are very light.
46 fit 43.5, the toe cap protects from injury
It says 27 cm, but in reality it's 28.5 cm
