Note:
Installation Method:
1. According to the specification and size of the selected level gauge, two mounting holes shall be machined on the side plate of the oil tank as required.
2. For example, when the wall thickness of the oil tank is less than or equal to 10mm, the two installation holes are 11mm.
3. If the wall thickness of the oil tank is greater than 10mm, the two mounting screw holes are M10.
4. If self sealing valve is selected, the two installation holes are D19mm. The machining tolerance of the center distance between the two mounting holes on the oil tank is required to be ±0.2mm.
Note:
1. The plane of the mounting hole should be straight to prevent oil leakage after installation.
2. When installing the level gauge screw, the tightening force should be moderate, sealing properly without oil leakage and avoid damaging the level gauge.
