When charging the dictaphone, the 3.5mm jack connector in the device works unreliably, flashing blue and red lights. If I rotate the jack connector, I finally manage to charge it. If I want to listen to the recording with headphones or save it to the computer via the USB port, the same unreliable connection is experienced.. Due to the above problem, I want to return the device and request a refund of the purchase price to my bank card.. I downloaded the Joom app, but I can't log in because I entered a "%" sign at the end of my password, however, my phone doesn't have such a character, so I can't connect to the chat. How can I change my login password?? Please reply to my email on how I can send back the dictaphone.
