I placed an order for a set of screwdrivers, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The order was considerably delayed, arriving several days after the estimated time, even though I chose standard delivery. I received no notification regarding this delay and had to contact customer service several times to get details. In addition to waiting longer than I should have, when the package arrived I found that the screwdriver set was incomplete. An essential piece was missing, rendering the set unusable in its current form. I find this kind of experience unacceptable and will not order from this company again. My expectations were completely and utterly disappointed.
