The front design has been renewed to match the 225 Series A-seat, 521 Series, and 323 Series. The front display is interchangeable and comes with pre-printed parts, and replacement parts are included. The lead car's fall prevention hood is a separate part, and two types are included: one for lead trains and one for coupled trains. The JR mark and various logos are pre-printed. The side of the car recreates the type without the platform status confirmation camera. The distinctive lightning arrester has been newly reproduced. The head and tail lights use white LEDs, and the fog lights use color prisms to recreate the amber illumination. The head and tail lights and front display are equipped with a constant-on circuit board and an ON-OFF switch. The lead car's driver's cab side is equipped with a TN coupler (SP). The car number is selectable and a transfer sheet is included. Features a flywheel-equipped motor, a new current collection system, and silver wheels. Features an M-13 motor.
