50ml K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask Hair Treatment

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have bought K18 leave-in conditioner so I know what it’s like to use it. Therefore, I can absolutely state that this is a scam. I don’t know what the product is that is inside the container but it isn’t K18 leave-in conditioner. The genuine conditioner is white, that’s where the similarities end. The real K18 is supposed to turn white as you rub 2 squirts between your palms. This one is clear. Then when you apply it to your hair it feels luxurious and smooth making a brush float through your hair. Then you leave it in and when your hair dries it is transformed. I had to apply my old stand by Biosilk leave in conditioner just to get the comb through my hair. They have substituted something into the bottle. It’s a total rip off. Don’t buy it. I will try to get my money back.

Product packaging seems legitimate but the product itself does not match. I’ve been a frequent user of K18 and usually buy it from a cosmetics chain in Europe. So I’m very familiar with the product. This product purchased from Joom has a different smell, a tad different texture, emulsifies completely differently in the palms, and does not at all soften the hair after applying. So I’m afraid this product is a copy. I would not recommend buying.

I took this product to my hairdresser today and she tested it against the true K18 which I also have. There was a great difference in the quality of this product and I was advised not to use it and it’s probably a fake and could damage my hair. I would like to receive a refund for the product.
