Simply reflective tapes when illuminated by car headlights, in the dark they are not phosphorescent as in the photos.

Good adhesive tape, reflects as it should.

I stuck it on the backpack straps, but I think the edge needs to be sewn for it to hold better. It barely sticks to fabric, you need to wrap it around several times and secure it with glue.
