Single-braid hydraulic hose (1SN) PREMIUM HDR reinforced with a single wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hose has a quality certificate. The hose can be used in all sectors and industries. Hoses exceed standard EN853 1SN, meet standard ISO 18752 BC, 500,000 impulse cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses.. The hose consists of an inner tube made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, reinforcement with a single steel braid, and a durable outer cover made of synthetic rubber, which is oil-resistant and weather-resistant.. 1SN hose, can be replaced by a hose with two steel braids( greater pressure resistance ). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN crimp sleeves, dedicated to it, or universal sleeves. The j1SN hose is a hose with a braided surface; we also offer hydraulic hoses with a smooth surface.

Construction of a single-braid hose :

Application of 1SN hoses :
Hydraulic hoses with a single steel braid can be used for:
hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),
aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
water (from 0°C to +70°C),
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).
hoses are not intended for liquids containing castor oil and esters.
