A reel exclusively for smelt with a counter that reliably aims at the changing shelves of smelt. Shallow spool that does not require underwinding.
Approximately 50m of Japanese-made nylon line No. 1 is wound, so there is no need to wind a thread. A counter that can measure in 10cm increments.
Comes with a free stop switching lever. A "shelf stop hook" that allows you to lower the device directly onto the desired shelf is also included as standard equipment.
This is a small reel specifically for smelt that can be used in all situations, from ice fishing to dome boats.
