It's not stable at all, if the wind blows stronger, your camera and phone fall, it's terrible quality, the parts are completely plastic, I don't recommend it for a camera, for a phone - I don't know, maybe...

The disappointment came with the remote control as written in the description and without that thing that gives you the possibility to rotate the phone 360 degrees
