In English (to read in Polish scroll down): Madam/Sir The ties I ordered are nice, but unfortunately, there was an error during delivery. I ordered six different ties but I received four different ones (N-1758, N-3342, N-3363, N-3473) and two identical ones (N-3426). This means that instead of N-3397 and N-3426 ties, I received two N-3426 ties. I regret that I did not receive the N-3397 tie I was eagerly awaiting. How will this problem, which I did not cause, be solved? I ordered 6 ties: 1) N-1758, 2) N-3342, 3) N-3363, 4) N-3473, 5) N-3426, 6) N-3397. But I receved 6 ties: 1) N-1758, 2) N-3342, 3) N-3363, 4) N-3473, 5) and 2 ties N-3426 (lack of N-3397 tie) I attached the photo with the received ties and their code numbers. Zamówiłem 6 różnych krawatów a otrzymałem 4 różne (N-1758, N-3342, N-3363, N-3473) plus 2 jednakowe (N-3426). To oznacza, że zamiast krawatów N-3397 i N-3426 otrzymałem dwa krawaty N-3426. Bardzo żałuję, że nie otrzymałem krawatu N-3397 którego bardzo oczekiwałem. Jak ten problem, którego nie spowodowałem, zostanie rozwiązany?
