Very nice soft shoes. For thin and wide feet. Unfortunately they didn't fit me. The length and width are very good but the lock doesn't fasten because of the fullness of the foot. I want to return them but I don't know how. If something doesn't fit me I can give them to my friends but the shoes don't fit any of my friends. I don't know what to do. Please help.

The boots are completely deformed with folds that cannot be corrected. And besides, boots are tight in length and too wide in width. The shoe size does not correspond to the specified size because the length of the foot should correspond to the inner length of the shoe and not the outer sole. Big disappointment….
