I placed the order on February 4th and received it on the 25th. Since the product does not meet my expectations (very wide insole, the foot moves on it) I would have liked to access the right of refund but the costs of returning the product, entirely at my expense, are higher than the refund so in fact I cannot benefit from the refund. I do not recommend purchasing from Joom both for the time it takes to receive the product and for the refund policy.

The order arrived on time, the product is good quality price, unfortunately following the sizes proposed by the site I made a mistake and I took a number too large. I contacted the service to ask for a change of number unfortunately it is not possible but they gave me instructions on how to proceed for the refund, obviously paying at my expense the shipping, I will rewrite the recent when I receive the refund.

Finally I have shoes for autumn... Real leather and really enough space for my toes🥰 Large is as written! My usual size is 38, but the size chart for this model is different, there is no half size so I had to order 39, and it fits perfectly with thick socks.
