Very short

I am 1m65, 47kg, waist circumference (waist): 62-63 cm, hip circumference (Hips): 79cm. I took S: 64cm. The skirt is fine, it is not tight at the waist for me, however, I had trouble getting it on my hips. I don't have wide hips but I still have a little trouble so if you have more hips than me you have to take the size above. I don't find it that short from behind personally. A little crumpled though.
