I bought a tire cover that says it’s suitable for wheel sizes from 13” to 19”. My spare tire is R17, but the cover doesn’t fit at all — it’s way too small. It doesn't fit on the wheel. It's too small. It is very fine. It does not correspond to the description. I want to return it. It's no use to me.
