It was packed perfectly, I was even happy and was sure that everything was fine, since many people say that the glass does not come whole. And here's a surprise!!!! It could not break in such a package! The foam case is intact! It was put in the case already broken! I wrote to the support service and they answered me immediately, promising to return the funds.
