The main ingredients in the baking mix are rice flour and oatmeal with added bamboo fiber for extra fiber content.. As for the extra protein, it contains hydrolyzed protein and its deliciously sweet taste is due to the added erythritol, resulting in a product that is not only lactose and gluten free, but also free of added sugar.

Ingredients: sweetener (erythritol), rice flour 23%, oatmeal flour 23%, hydrolyzed protein 11%, bamboo fiber 6.3%.

How to use:
Recommended use: Ingredients for one biscuit: 200 g baking mix, 50 ml water, 3 size M eggs, a pinch of salt.
