I ordered two radios, neither of them has headphones, but the boxes say they should have them. At the post office, they refused to note that the order was incomplete. The box was sealed. This photo shows me unpacking it at the post office. There was no opportunity to immediately report the incompleteness at the post office, or they didn't want to document it. I ordered the radios as a gift. How can I give them without headphones??? Please send the headphones, and I will change my rating.

Does not correspond to the description (not 8w but 5w). Not complete set (no headset). I ordered 2 pieces of USB, received 1 USB + 1 EU.
