It happens that in cars that previously did not have LED bulbs installed on the direction indicator, despite the built-in resistors, the purpose of which is to deceive the CAN-BUS bus, after installing the bulbs in the car, the bulbs flash too quickly. One solution in this situation is to replace the turn signal interrupter with one that is compatible with LEDs - this is an option for older cars. Or the use of an additional resistor (resistor)- cost about PLN 12-14.
