This is not a voltage stabilizer, but a thyristor regulator of the average voltage, and it is not stabilized by the network frequency and the amplitude value of the maximum and minimum voltage. The unit is perfect for adjusting a soldering iron, an electric furnace, or a fireplace, but do not even think about regulating the voltage for electronics with it.
Powerful voltage regulator. When adjusting the heater 2.5 kW does not heat up at all. Did not check more. Smooth adjustment, from zero to 220 V.
