the phone is in perfect condition. i cant find any signs of usage on mine. it even has a screen protector already applied. The phone came with a micro-USB cable and a Samsung fast charging adapter. the delivery is actually ok. it arrived at my door exactly 14 days after i placed my order. which is the standard delivery time from china to germany. Mobile network works perfectly in Germany as well. The phone has the Android 6.1 but mine is upgradable to Android 7.1.1 which is a plus for me which means I can use it as long as all the apps I use support it. The only minus for me is the language input option for the onscreen keyboard. since it only able to use english, korean and chinese with no other language option that can be downloaded. it will be very nice if only i can set the onscreen keyboard to german. since we have some extra alphabet that is not available on qwerty keyboard. I tried to use Google Keaboard as an alternative, but it made the keypad work only as a number pad.

I live in austria little bit long to ship on my address but it came safely im so happy its so cute i love flip phones all is working im so happy its really worth the wait for this Samsung flip 2 this is my second phone if id like to take a break with my iphone now im exploring this phone watching on tiktok how to use it and also customizing fonts wallpaper etc. i was thinking to change it in red but this gold its cute ☺️ very very happy

I am highly disappointed. I had ordered the red option but the black was sent to me. There is no way to contact the seller directly and customer support says it might take a week to get a response from them. They offered me a 10€ refund out of 100€ I paid. This is nothing because I specifically wanted a RED FLIP PHONE before I travel by the 7th of September. This is highly unacceptable.

Works in the Baltics. To power it on, you have to put it to charge and then hold the end call button and it should turn on. Only problem is that it has a hard time updating and downloading apps, but it's fine.
