It was too small

The footwear is not branded, it's of very poor quality, I procured 42.5 instead of 42 - it pinches me terribly AND it's small; why the hell do you give it the sole - it's as hard as stone: you are some scoundrels: send me the promised footwear: soft, made of extra leather; on such soles due to their hardness it's impossible to walk- send what is needed, if not you and your business will burn as bad as you are: send 43 and I will send them back to you- not how you want (I promise you something not interesting AND stupid)!!!
