The blouse does not fit the size, does not match the model. For my 46, I should have taken 58 so that the sleeve reached the elbow and there was a drape at the waist under the belt. Due to the nylon inserts in the sleeve, the sleeve sticks out and does not lie along the arm. I do not recommend for purchase if you want exactly the model as in the picture. A completely different model.
