It connects and disconnects automatically, I think it also has a built-in battery because I got a message on my phone that it had 15% battery left and plugging it into USB is useless because it doesn't send the sound through USB, to have sound you absolutely need to connect the aux cable to the device, I don't recommend it if you want to use it as Bluetooth in the car. It might be good for other applications.

Bluetooth receiver in the form of a USB flash drive... A very convenient thing, which with its functional features will allow you to connect a mobile phone to any audit system that supports external, wired connections via an audio plug 3.5mm TRS mini-jack stereo jack on 3pin (i.e. without a microphone as I understand it). You can connect almost anything from a TV tuner, stereo system or even wired headphones... you can power the receiver from a power bank or phone charger, even any usb output, only as I understand it, the voltage SHOULD NOT BE HIGHER THAN 5 VOLTS !!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! I haven't tried it myself, which is a shame :)! But the receiver works!!! So if someone needs to listen to music for as long as possible, I recommend wired headphones, a Bluetooth receiver and a power bank... the most convenient way is through a TV, home speaker system, computer speakers or car audio system...

I didn't understand much, but the thing works, produces a fairly powerful sound, doesn't cut the bass. It consumes so little that some chargers/power banks turn off, thinking that there is no load.
