The package was damaged, The product does not work. Apparently, there is no support at JOOM. I will never order anything from JOOM again.

the device itself works, but it didn't get along with my old player. the problem is most likely with the player, but there is no possibility to check on another device.

It does its main job, but the controls on it are a scam. "Level" controls the volume, and "Volume" does nothing.
