Two items received without any damage to the packaging. Tried it out immediately, the container was leaking fluids. I observed a small moulding fault on the edge of the transparent cylinder, which didn't allow a seal with the motor unit. This makes the unit unusable. The second unit is in good condition. I have fully charged the device several times but it works on program 1 approx. 25 seconds. Then the battery is empty. Very unfortunate! The part is completely unusable! addendum: The communication regarding my complaint was very straightforward and quick. The costs were reimbursed within a few days. Thank you very much

After less than one use with chopped fruits and some milk, the battery went from 99 to 0%.. Very sad for this price as the battery needs to be recharged after every use.

Unfortunately, there is a dent in the lower threaded edge, making it leaky. Cannot find the access to support to make a complaint.

It worked twice and it turned on but it didn't work

Ordered. Received. Tested without food - it works. Well, and I set it aside. And then I got around to it, and it only works when it's empty. Oops. Surprise. As soon as there's food in it (fruits/greens), it simply doesn't work. The 30-day return period has already passed, and I've simply lost money....

The device is charged. The engine does not start: in any mode the time countdown starts, but after 5 seconds it is reset. Does not work.
