I don't know if it works or not. No batteries. Put in batteries, it works. But it works somehow strangely, shows some strange temperature like 32.9 or 31.8, then shows a more or less acceptable one and it's unclear if that's the actual temperature, if it works somehow on its own, it will show whatever it wants.
