The delivery was several days late. The product itself is a joke. The electricity (and thus the heat) only works while you have the charging cable plugged into a power outlet. As soon as you stop charging from the wall, it gets cold. There is a pocket for a power bank, but that pocket is far too small for a normal-sized power bank and is also placed so that it is in the way of the head. I bought the product to use it on the ski slopes (as it states it is for) but it is not possible to fit a power bank (even if you get a mini one) under the ski helmet, and even if it had fit, it would be dangerous to have a power bank so close to the face in case of a fall or similar. In other words, the product is completely unusable and worthless. I really cannot recommend it. Laughable and annoying.
