Washing and maintenance: washing temperature is not higher than 30 degrees Celsius/no bleaching/no spin drying/iron base maximum temperature does not exceed 110 degrees Celsius/no soaking/hand washing is recommended/flat drying/dark clothes and light clothes are washed separately/slight fading of dark clothes in the first two times is normal/we do not accept any after-sales service for washing failure (such as dyeing, shrinkage)

About pilling: Our wool and cashmere sweaters have been tested by national professional testing agencies, and the anti-pilling rate exceeds the national standard. There is no excessive friction in daily wear and washing, and generally no pilling. If there is local pilling (it may be caused by contact with other substances to cause fiber knotting, not pilling itself), please do not pull it with your hands, just cut it gently with scissors. If it is slightly pilling, it will automatically crack during washing. (Partial pilling is a normal phenomenon and is not a quality issue. Please understand.)
Notes on collection: Before collection, it must be washed, dried, ironed, folded and placed in a box or folded flat in a bag. Do not hang it to avoid vertical deformation. Do not mix it with other products in the same bag. Please store it in a dark, ventilated and dry place. Pay attention to moth prevention during storage. It is strictly forbidden for moth repellent to directly contact the product.
