the product is defective and does not work correctly. it runs continuously and the temperature adjustment knob does nothing. you can see a small screw inside that seems broken. The product arrived in a simple plastic bag without any particular protection to protect it during transport. Furthermore, I am unable to reach customer service to get another one and return this one.
