I don't know... maybe you're not able to understand what kind of scumbag you have to be to put a crushed package into a parcel locker at all... a package from which hairspray is leaking... and pretend that everything is okay. After 2 weeks of waiting, I received an empty and broken bottle for almost 200 PLN. Before shopping on JOOM, I heard that there are only scams and thieves here, but I thought it was an exaggeration... I got what I deserved
