How to Use:
- Rinse the toor dal thoroughly under running water 2-3 times until the water runs clear
- Soak the dal in water for 20-30 minutes for faster cooking and improved digestibility
- Drain the soaked dal and add to a pressure cooker with fresh water in a 1:2.5 ratio
- Pressure cook on medium heat for 3-4 whistles or until the dal is soft and fully cooked
