Directions for use . To prepare the mask: dilute 1 teaspoon of powder with water to a paste consistency. Apply the resulting mixture to the desired area of ​​skin - face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp or hair. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream. To prepare a decoction: pour 1 tablespoon of powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Leave to brew for 3-5 hours. Strain. To prepare a tincture: pour 1 tablespoon of powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. It is recommended to use for washing, wiping the skin or rinsing the hair after washing. If necessary, make lotions on problem areas of the skin.

Can be used with other Ayurvedic powders for greater effect.
