It’s claimed to be waterproof, but leaked in my first swimming (only on the surface of water), and dead completely. Joom’s customer service is also disappointing, after a few exchanges, when I tried to return the item, the response disappeared suddenly :-(.

The watch worked for one evening 3 hours and died, came without a charging cord, when trying to charge it from another one - it charged a little and died, doesn't react at all. The call ringtone is a bit unpleasant, it cannot be changed. When trying to return it - they advised to break it and record a video and send it to them, I'm afraid to do that and I probably have to forget about the refund. Disappointed

Came charged to 60 percent, so far so good. Was excellently packaged
