At first I thought they had no tension but no once they are in the nose they are really good and you can wear them for a long time as they don't press so at least for me thank you

For me, with vasomotor rhinitis, it really helps not to spray vasoconstrictor medications at night. As for snoring - I don't know, I don't snore. But with vasomotor rhinitis, it really helps to breathe during sleep. I recommend it! There are two of them in the set. One is still in the bag for me (photo), I'm using the second one

The clips are small, plastic, help to breathe with a stuffy nose as they widen the nasal passage, I can't say about getting rid of snoring.

The bridge is too short, it doesn't reach where it should. It sits at the very beginning of the nasal passage. It doesn't fulfill its purpose. Regrettable.

with this device it is easier to breathe (it spreads the nostrils and does not irritate like some other devices)
