The dial color is a bluish white called "Isubai," the original color of Arita-yaki. The first ceramics in Japan were born in 1616 (Genwa 2) using pottery stone discovered in Izumiyama, Arita Town, as raw material. Early ceramics contained a lot of iron and were characterized by their bluish white color.
