- There is no warranty for artificially damaged screens.
- If you are not a technician, we will not offer the warranty to your self-installed screens.
- If the screen is damaged or does not work, please provide the package, test picture and the front and back picture proof of the screen. If there is no proof picture, we will refuse to refund.
- No refund will be provided to customers who have mistakenly purchased the wrong product.*To avoid unnecessary trouble, it is important to read the following information before purchasing. If you do not agree to the following terms, please do not place an order.
*If you are not a technician for repair phone, we do not recommend that you install the screen by yourself, because it is not easy to install the screen, incorrect installation can easily lead to screen damage. We will not offer the warranty to your self-installed screens. Please bring the screen to the repair shop for repair
*All products will be tested before shipment.
*After receiving the goods, the screen should be tested and installed only if the test passes. If the screen detects a problem during the test, do not install it to the phone/ Pad! We should be contacted immediately to solve the problem.
*After the screen is installed (install screw or glue), there will be NO WARRANTY.
* The screen is very fragile, incorrect installation method will cause the screen to break, please be sure to test before using glue or screws to install. If the test works perfectly at first, but many lines appear after installation, this is because the screen is broken during installation and becomes damaged. This situation will lose the warranty on the screen.
