The pump doesn't rotate by hand. It needs to be disassembled to see the cause. It seems everything inside is jammed.

When cutting, chips flew, the screwdriver overheated, only for amateurs to tinker with gaps

Pumps well. Fills a 10l bucket in 15 seconds. Ordered two more, for gasoline and diesel fuel.
