80x200+30cm Only A Sheet

Instead of the two sheets I ordered, I received one pillowcase. This is the second order in a short time where I've received a single pillowcase instead of sheets. It seems I ordered everything correctly, clearly, and chose the item from the selection offered, but I received a completely different item. True, thanks to the customer support team, I got a refund for that order, but I'm elderly, and frankly, it's really hard for me to deal with the photos I have to send them. So I'm very worried when I have these situations, and unfortunately, they're becoming more and more common: either they send the wrong color, or the wrong size, or, like now, they send who knows what. I really regret this because I love JOOM, but in my opinion, the salespeople there have become very sloppy and apparently can't keep them in line. It's a shame!
