Suggested Use
Mix one scoop of Animal 100% Whey Protein™ with 4-6 ounces of skim milk or your favorite beverage. Mixing in a blender or Animal Shaker Cup will help. On workout days, take two or more servings after your workout or whenever you need more protein. For a richer taste, add slightly less liquid when mixing Animal 100% Whey Protein™.
