How to use: Embossed back for easy removal: Open | Remove | How to ApplyAdults and children 13 years and older: Firmly hold both ends, then gently pull the backing away from the patch until it separates from the center. Carefully peel away a small section of the backing from the patch and apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area. Once the exposed portion of the patch is in the correct position, carefully peel away the remaining backing, fully applying the patch to the affected area. One Icy Hot patch provides up to 8 hours of protection. Repeat as needed, but do not use more than 3 times per day.
