Snooze is a unique device used to improve breathing, improve sleep quality and relieve snoring. Snooze consists of 2 silicone dilators and a connecting cord. Unlike nasal strips, Snooze is adhesive-free and reusable, and can open the nostrils more effectively to increase air intake and improve breathing. When is Snooze used? Snooze can be used to help or relieve the following symptoms: Snoring - snoring due to nasal congestion or mouth breathing. Allergies and sinus symptoms - breathing easier due to nasal congestion Collapsed nasal valve Deviated septum Dry mouth during and after sleep. Snooze can also be used to improve air intake during physical activities such as weight lifting, jogging or yoga exercises. What does Snooze contain? The Snooze is made of high quality medical grade silicone. The Snooze is a latex product specially formulated to not come into direct contact with the skin. How is Snooze used? The Snooze comes assembled with two nasal dilators and a connecting cord. The cord prevents the dilators from twisting and allows for easy removal. The Snooze nostril dilators are available in medium and large sizes. Choose a size that fits snugly inside your nostrils. To make Snooze more comfortable, rinse it with warm water or let it sit in your hand for a few minutes before use. With the dilator properly inserted, you can go to bed and perform most physical activities. A deviated septum or a change in the structure of your nose may require a different size nostril dilator for each nostril. This usually results in mild discomfort or decreased function of the nostrils. Who can use Snooze? The Snooze is available in medium and large sizes and is comfortable for most adult noses. The adjustable connecting cord is designed to fit snugly regardless of the distance between your nostrils. Anyone can use Snooze without a doctor’s prescription. If discomfort persists, do not use Snooze. Are there any side effects from using Snooze? There are no side effects from Snooze, and Snooze does not permanently improve the shape of your nose/nostrils.

How to Use: Cleaning: Snooze should always be washed with soap and lukewarm water before use. Durability: Medical studies recommend using the device according to the cleaning procedure above after each use and replacing the device after 3 months.

Cautions: Snooze should be stored in a dry place at room temperature. Snooze is not a treatment for sleep apnea. If you think you have symptoms of sleep apnea, we recommend that you consult your physician. If you experience frequent nosebleeds, consult your physician before using. This product contains small parts. Keep out of reach of children. Note: Alcohol consumption may decrease the effectiveness of Snooze for snoring.
