How to Use Twist cap to open and remove foil seal. Adults and children 2 years and older: Brush thoroughly after meals or at least twice daily or as directed by your dentist. Do not swallow. Children under 6 years old: Use a pea-sized amount to minimize swallowing. Supervise children until good brushing habits are established. Toddlers under 2 years old: Ask your dentist.
