5xl fit on 52, but they are short and so thin - they don't match the picture at all, but what did I expect for such a price? It's better to buy something more expensive than throw money away.
Not trousers, but leggings, yes elastic, very thin. Don't mislead with the names of things. You need to call things by their names.
