- Password is resettable, please follow the steps to reset password:
- Step 1: Set initial password "00000" to unlock
- Step 2: Pull the shackle and remove the cap
- Step 3: Remove all the wheels, and make sure the red clutchplate marks align with the pointer
- Step 4: Install the wheels back with the letter combination you want
- Step 5: The first wheel has to be #1 wheel (which has gears on one side)
- Step 6: Install the wheels one by one, then new password is set.
