When checking your fuel pressure be sure to rev your engine and put it under a load if you can safely.

Just because it makes pressure at idle doesn't mean it will make pressure when reved or under a load.

INSTALLATION:

Please thoroughly clean the area around the fuel pump assembly during installation to avoid fuel contamination Remove the fasteners that fix the fuel pump device in the fuel tank, and remove the fuel pump assembly. Be careful not to contaminate the fuel tank or leave items in the fuel tank. In order to avoid premature damage to the new pump, the contaminants in the fuel tank should be removed before installation, and a new filter should be replaced.
