Installation manual for high-pressure pump enlarged pump core

1: Install the enlarged pump core using a special tool combined with a torque wrench to torque 50-60Nm. If it is too tight, it will get stuck, and if it is too loose, it will leak internally.

2: Before installing the oil pump, take out the top cup with Needle-nose pliers to check whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.

3: Apply clean engine oil to lubricate the O-ring and install it (be careful not to miss the top cup)

4: Tighten the mounting bracket screws (20N. m) crosswise with a wrench, and then tighten the other joints in sequence

5: After installation, start the engine and run it at idle speed for 3-5 minutes. Observe whether there is any oil leakage or abnormal noise at the connection of the high-pressure pump. Use a computer to read the parameters of the high-pressure pump and check the data flow

6: Increase the speed of the pump core after testing and control it to within 4000 rpm, allowing the pump core to run in for 100-200 miles
