UGG shoes look like second choice. Stains, cracks, creases. I already have the shoes in light blue from Breuninger. Communication only possible after a long search. Answer only after days. Long delay. Shoes bought on 02.01.2026. The money is not back yet. Phone number doesn't work, cannot email on Paypal. Case opened at Paypal. Had to pay for the expensive return shipping to Latvia myself, even though in this country the seller must send a return label.. When purchasing via PayPal, it was not at all visible that the shoes were coming from abroad.. Shipping was not communicated. Super long shipping. Overall, I advise against buying here.
