Platz Glenco Models 1/48 Curtiss JN-4D Jenny with U.S. and Argentine Markings, Plastic Model Kit GM05119 (airplane)

This 1/48 scale plastic assembly kit recreates the JN-4D Jenny, a biplane trainer aircraft developed by Curtiss. Glenco Models is re-releasing this kit, originally released by the former Lindbergh in 1955. The finished model measures approximately 17cm in length and includes over 50 parts. It realistically recreates not only the distinctive biplane style, but also the unique atmosphere of the fabric-covered wings. Engine parts are also included in the nose. The tandem cockpit is also recreated, with the seat, instrument panel, and control stick. One pilot figure is also included for each seat. You can also try your hand at the tension wiring unique to biplanes. The markings are provided as decals for aircraft operated by the U.S. and Argentine militaries.
