This medication effectively relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by allergic rhinitis due to pollen or house dust. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces nasal mucosal congestion to improve nasal stuffiness, while d-chlorpheniramine maleate suppresses histamine activity that causes allergic symptoms, alleviating runny nose.Tranexamic acid reduces mucosal inflammation and improves sore throat. It is an easy-to-swallow, light orange-colored caplet-type tablet, one tablet per dose. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (as symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur). 4. Do not use continuously for extended periods.
